Free money’s falling from the sky! $100, $75…
These days money does really fall from the sky. Here’s how to get $175 for free.
Fact: Maybank is giving away $100 Cash for every successful applicant!
But they’re not the first. In fact Standard Chartered was the first to give ‘handouts’ ha. $75 for a successful Prudential Credit Card and $100 for the Prestige version, and you do not even need to be a Prudential client.
Of course, that means you need to qualify for the Credit Card that comes along with the free money. The cards need only $30,000 annual income and is free for 10 years (Maybank) and 2 years (StanChart) respectively.
So if you, your girlfriend, father and mother… would like to have $175 (4 persons x $175 = $700!) more to shop in these trying times, apply now! Promotion is till 31st December 2008 for Maybank. Plus refer a friend to get $30 Maybank t’reats vouchers!
What’re you waiting for? GO SIGN UP! Do also read our other post: Don’t let credit cards rob you!
So, now that I’ve got free money, I’m gonna spend that on a nice dinner.
How are you gonna spend your $175?

Appears the promotion was very well received. While on an errand to pick up more application forms for my friends, I was told they were being recalled. End of promotion i suppose?
To those who still have those forms, send them quick, to those we don’t, hurry click on the link we posted and apply.

The more credit cards you hold from different issuing banks, your credit rating just goes down further and further. Don’t be shock when you really need a bank loan, you can’t get it approve.

That’s interesting. Any where to get info on how the banks determine one’s credit rating so that we can share it with our readers.

I’m not sure about credit ratings, but you can pay $5 and check out your credit history online @ http://www.creditbureau.com.sg/
My credit history was clean (ie. pay bills all on time), and still some banks rejected me for certain cards. No idea how it all works. Seems it happened to a couple of my friends too - rejected by the same few banks.
